You are here. Here is whathappens next.

Most companies that call us arrive in the same week. Something got in, or very nearly did, and nobody in the building is sleeping. This page is not that phone call. It is the board you work down afterward, in order, so the week does not repeat.

Active emergency

If something is happening right now, do not shop. Open a case in the client portal or write to support@hacked.help and a person will pick it up. Emergency response is not sold through this checkout, and we are not going to pretend otherwise at two in the morning. When the dust settles, the board below is how you make sure there is no next time.

The honest frame

What this is, and what it is not.

Read this part before you spend anything. The worst purchase a business makes after an incident is the one somebody sold them while they were frightened.

Sold here

Managed protection, month to month

Hardening, so the route they used closes behind them. Detection, so the next attempt dies in minutes instead of surfacing in month four. Recovery, so a demand for payment has nothing standing behind it. Every line carries a published rate against something countable, and every line is run by a team rather than handed over as a console login and a wish of good luck.

You choose the lines. We install them, watch them, and answer for them.

Emergency work and forensics

This is not a hotline, a forensic investigation, an insurance claim, a breach notification service, or a legal opinion. Nothing on this page promises to undo what already happened, and no subscription bought at midnight changes what an intruder did last Tuesday.

If you need any of that today, say so in a case. You will get a straight answer about what Fortify 24x7 does and does not cover, before money changes hands.

The actual promise

Installed, watched, answered for

Every control you select gets deployed against a real inventory, tuned so it does not drown your staff in prompts, and monitored by people whose job is to notice. Failures escalate to a human. Quantities follow the estate rather than a contract signed in a worse year.

Nothing more dramatic than that, and nothing less.

The triage sequence

Three steps, worked in order.

Order is not decoration. Detection bolted onto a machine that still runs whatever it is handed buys you a faster description of the same disaster.

01Stop the bleeding

Take execution away from whatever is already inside

The first move is not to hunt. It is to shrink what any process on your estate is permitted to do. Default-deny allowlisting means an unknown binary does not get a vote, whether it arrived last night or has been dormant since spring. Alongside it, a detection agent and an operations desk that treats behaviour, not filenames, as the signal.

Companies skip this step because it feels blunt. Blunt is the point. It is the only control on this page whose failure mode is a support ticket rather than an outage.

02Close the door they used

Almost every case we take in walked through a mailbox

An invoice that looked right. A reset link at the end of a long day. A supplier thread that somebody else was already reading. Filtering catches the volume, training changes what your people do with the one that gets through, and both are cheaper than the hour after.

The same step covers the unglamorous half: knowing which devices exist, what they are running, how far behind they are, and which phone belongs to a person who left in March.

  • Email security and awareness2 lines
  • Endpoint and mobile management4 lines
03Take away the leverage

Extortion only works while the only usable copy is theirs

The demand is priced against your ability to refuse. A verified restore point held off the estate, behind separate credentials, is that ability in its entirety. Recovery testing replaces the assumption with a rehearsed number and paperwork to match, which happens to be the number your insurer and your board both ask about.

The second half of leverage is data they threaten to publish. Knowing what sensitive material exists, where it sits, and encrypting it in place removes most of that threat before anyone gets to make it.

The board · controls and pricing

Work the board.

Quantity means whatever you happen to own: endpoints, mailboxes, servers, tenants, company files. Tick off whichever lines the estate needs and the whole set resolves into a single monthly subscription when you check out.

After you lock the plan in

What the first fortnight looks like.

Short by design, and it finishes with a service nobody on your payroll has to keep in mind. Any safeguard that survives only while somebody remembers it is already leaking.

Step 01 · Same day

Checkout, then provisioning

Stripe collects the money and your card talks only to Stripe, never to anything we run. Your tenant is stood up and a provisioning engineer picks it up, generally before the working day is out.

Step 02 · First week

Agents, connectors, and a real baseline

Installers and platform authorizations arrive by email. Allowlisting starts in learning mode so it maps what your business genuinely runs before anything is denied, and the first full backup pass is scheduled around your bandwidth rather than against it.

Step 03 · Ongoing

The desk takes it from there

Detections, failed jobs, and elevation requests land with our operations team. Your portal holds the subscription, the installers, and every case you have open with us. You are welcome to watch. You are not required to.
